TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.1 The Seller under take to deliver all services diligently and professionally, but cannot be held responsible for
any loss of income in any form due to neglect on either side of this agreement.
1.2 The Seller and Purchaser choose for all purpose under this agreement their domicilium citandi et executandi at respective addresses stated on this document.
1.3 The Seller reserves the right to terminate this agreement in the event of:
1.3.1 Any Outstanding balance is not paid in full when due.
1.4 The Purchaser is liable for the amount to be paid each month as stated on his contract.
1.5 All fee will immediately become payable by the Purchaser if the Purchaser cancels this agreement/contract.
1.6 The Seller reserves the right to adjust all and any prices when and if necessary with a calendar month notice.
1.7 The Seller reserves the right to deduct all and any outstanding and/or arrears amount via ACB debit order from the Purchaser account.
1.8 The Purchaser will be held responsible for any cost incur if payments are not honored.
1.9 In the event of legal action being instituted, the Purchaser shall be liable for all tracing fees, collection fees and any other legal costs incurred by the Seller on the attorney and client scale.
1.10 Identity of Seller and Purchaser as indicated on this agreement.
1.11 It is the responsibility of the Purchaser to immediately inform the Seller of any changes in banking or other pertinent details. The Purchaser accepts liability for any amounts not paid as a result such changes not being communicated to the Seller in writing.
1.12 The Purchaser understands and agrees to that he/she is bound by the payment terms as stated in the "Payment Method" section of this agreement.
1.12.1 The Purchaser further understands and agrees to that the Seller at his sole discretion can take legal action against the Purchaser if the payments are not met as agreed.
1.12.2 The Purchaser understands and agrees to that the Seller at his sole discretion can register the Purchaser with any/or all credit bureau's as a non payer in the event the Purchaser fails to adhere to the payment terms stated in this agreement and document.
1.12.3 Any Proposed changes to the payment terms will be accepted on the sole discretion of the Seller and will only be valid if the Seller accepts such changes in writing.
1.12.4 The Purchaser understand and agrees that interest of Prime plus 5% will be levied on any arrears amount resulting in the Purchaser not complying to the payment terms as stated in 1.4 from the date that such payment were due until such date the full arrears amount is settle in full.
1.13 This agreement contains all the terms and conditions of the agreement between the Seller and Purchaser, therefore, there are no understanding, representations, or other agreement between the Seller and the Purchaser other than those stated in this agreement and contract.
